For legal entities:
The original extract from the business registry, translated into Serbian and apostilled. Additional documents may be required depending on the jurisdiction in which the company is registered.
Change of ownership will take less than a month. It is necessary to send us all the documents so we can translate them into Serbian language. We will then apply in a company registry with a request for a name change. This can take 7-14 days.
Lastly, it is necessary to submit documents and send them to the bank for compliance.
