Corporate Structure Formation Specialist and International Banking Consultant

About the Role

Offshore Pro Group is looking for qualified professionals to assist the Corporate & International Banking Department’s constantly growing teams.

Applications from new or recently qualified bilingual Spanish/English or Russian/English speaking lawyers or accountants will be especially welcome, but we would also be interested to hear from individuals more experienced in Offshore Company Formation and International Banking. We are especially interested in those who might have a client following and/or are experienced in Company Formation & Management.

Experience in cross-border commercial transactions, tax and estate planning would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given. Of more importance will be excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to learn fast in a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Offshore Pro Group Head of Corporate Sales, this individual would be required to develop the Corporate Services business for Offshore Pro Group.

  • Check Act as a client-facing individual.
  • Check Lead from the front by being involved in business development and introductions of the business to clients.

Requirements

  • Check An assertive drive and motivation for business building and client relationship building through the introduction of corporate services, with an emphasis on prominent tax planning solutions and corporate clients.
  • Check The ability to identify a client with a corporate services requirement and carry out initial conversations to enable the assessment of that need.
  • Check A desire and capability for quality, innovation and flexibility around commercial solutions.
  • Check A proactive approach to the marketing of the Offshore Pro Group worldwide.
  • Check Over 3 years of Trust and Corporate Services experience, at least 2 of which has been within a sales and relationship management role.
  • Check The ability to create and relationship manage referral networks through the banks and professional firms of lawyers and accountants for the introduction of family, corporate and high net worth individual trust and trust administration work.
  • Check Strong presentation skills for the delivery of trust seminars.
  • Check Relevant university degree.
  • Check A proactive, committed, hands-on, business development character with ability to work unsupervised.
  • Check Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  • Check Creation of relationships with the present portfolio of clients.
  • Check Qualified Chartered Company Secretary preferred.
  • Check STEP membership and/or qualification preferred.
  • Check Ability to refer related work and cross sell to Wealth Management, Citizenship by Investment, Trust and International Banking teams.
