Company & Capital
Applicants must incorporate a Comoros International Business Company (IBC) on the relevant island; a locally registered entity is the key requirement, and an IBC is registered quickly. Capital treatment differs by territory: Mwali formally requires capital of USD 1 million but permits only part of the sum to be deposited where a bank guarantee or escrow account is in place. Anjouan, in turn, has no capital requirement: the regulator assesses overall financial soundness through a bank reference or business plan.
Compliance
The application must describe internal compliance: AML/KYC policy, responsible-gaming and minor-protection rules, and client-identification procedures. For all shareholders and directors, Offshore Pro Group prepares certified passport copies, proof of address, bank statements, CVs, and police certificates.
